When I was employed with www.deccats.com as the Production Manager I implemented the bending department to speed up the process with a crew of 3 benders supplying bend pipe for up to 16 welders per day. I had our in-house muffler expert "Mike" create bend cards that would print out the information for the benders to recreate the same bends each time using a dial gauge.Between 100-250+ bolt-on exhaust systems made each day.

Ready for trim, final fit, tack & final weld. Normal, large runs included BMW's, Mercedes, & Honda.

This is an early photo before the change in ownership.

The company has been restructured by Tim Ratcliff who has done an amazing job of moving DEC Cats into the future as the leader in aftermarket catalytic converter systems. Sold only to dealers. The product is better than stock, guaranteed to be the right part the first time. Sold across the country.
